The house is wrapped around a sky lit central courtyard and enveloped with a multifunctional skin of 3-dimensional brickwork.
Besides creating a dramatic aesthetics for the exterior of the house, the brickwork also acts as a tool for keeping the indoors considerably cool by mutually shading the wall.
A single family residence designed with contemporary aesthetics and exposed brickwork bringing an earthy feel to it.
The home theater with an inbuilt platform for super comfortable lounging at the second floor is roofed over with a filler slab for further temperature reduction and it slopes towards the south for ease of mounting solar panels over it.
